Dr. Dewey Wachholz of River Falls, Wisconsin. Dewey has been a judge for county and state fairs across the Midwest. His first encounter with BueLingo was in the show ring. He was amazed at how they were placing in the carcass and real time classes and wanted to learn more about the breed. So, the MBCA put him to work as their consultant. He has helped with collecting feed lot and carcass data since 1999. He has done some “on the farm” evaluations for BueLingo producers and his opinions have been very well received and respected. Dewey judged the National show in Missouri in 2003 and the National show in Illinois in 2006.
